For more information or to book, contact the Spa at XXX. You may also visit the Spa directly on floor -1. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Treatments outside regularSpa hours will incur a 30% surcharge.
PUNCTUALITY
Out of respect for other guests, please note that treatment times cannot be extended in case of delay.
BEFORE ARRIVAL
For your comfort, we recommend leaving all jewelry and personal accessories in your room or locker. GÖN House of Healing is not responsible for any items lost during your Spa visit.
DURING YOUR EXPERIENCE
We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the peaceful atmosphere necessary to fully enjoy your therapies. Please moderate your voice and refrain from using mobile phones. You mayenjoy the relaxation room before and after your treatment, finishing your experience with a soothing infusion.
PAYMENT METHODS
Treatments will be charged to your room and detailed on your invoice at check-out. Non-hotel guests can pay via credit card, cash, online payment link, or through our online booking system.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. GÖN House of Healing will charge 100% for treatments canceled less than 24 hours prior or for no-shows.

HAMMAM & SAUNA RULES
Advance booking is recommended. Maximum time in the Hammam and Sauna is 45 minutes per session. Please shower before entering. Eating and drinking alcohol in the Spa area isprohibited. Glass objects are not allowed. Anyone who has had a contagious illness in the last 48 hours may not access the Sauna or Hammam.
